Morning Session: From Good Foreman to Great Leader

A Six-Step Leadership Development Experience for the Electrical Industry

Built for real-world leaders. Designed for real-time results.

This leadership development experience equips foremen and field leaders with the practical skills, habits, and reinforcement needed to increase influence, improve crew performance, and lead with confidence on today’s jobsites. Rather than one-and-done training, this program develops leaders over time—with live learning, real-world application, and structured reinforcement.

THE BIG PICTURE

  • Six core leadership steps delivered through live, in-person sessions
  • (Optional) Reinforced with virtual follow-ups that drive accountability and application
  • Built specifically for the electrical industry and field leadership
  • Focused on results, not theory—leaders apply tools immediately on the job

WHAT LEADERS GAIN

  1. Greater Self-Awareness & Leadership Maturity

Leaders gain clarity around how they show up, how they are perceived, and how their leadership style impacts morale, trust, and performance.

  2. Clear Direction & Fewer Misunderstandings

Leaders learn how to set expectations crews actually understand—reducing rework, frustration, and confusion.

  3. Stronger Trust & Connection with Crews

Leaders develop the ability to lead with empathy without losing authority—earning respect instead of demanding it.

  4. Confident Feedback & Conflict Navigation

Leaders gain tools to address issues early, deliver corrective feedback, and navigate conflict calmly and professionally.

  5. More Cohesive, High-Functioning Teams

Leaders learn how to build trust, leverage strengths, and foster teamwork instead of constant micromanagement.

  6. Elevated Communication & Influence

Leaders strengthen how they listen, speak, and adapt their message—up, down, and across the organization.

Afternoon Session: Lead Yourself

Step into a focused journey of growth with our workshop tailored for the construction industry. Designed to equip professionals with the skills needed to lead confidently, this program goes beyond mere job completion to cultivate true leadership. While overseeing teams on-site requires specific abilities, genuine leadership demands introspection and self-awareness.

Throughout this workshop, participants engage in practical self-assessment activities, addressing strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. With honesty as their guide, individuals pave the way for their evolution as leaders in the construction field.

Here's what you'll explore:

  • Identifying the core qualities of successful construction leaders.
  • Developing and refining leadership traits within yourself.
  • Establishing a foundation for effective leadership within the construction context.
  • Applying leadership skills in real-world construction scenarios.
  • Understanding the significance of leadership in construction projects and its impact on outcomes.
  • Navigating diverse personalities and challenges within the construction environment.
  • Enhancing communication skills to effectively engage with your crew, your clients, and others.
