The IBEW's Foreman Development Series (FDS) is a comprehensive training program designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of foremen and journeymen in the electrical construction industry. This interactive series uses modules focused on industry best practices, aiming to engage, educate, and empower field leaders. The FDS is a robust, multi-lesson program that replaces the previously offered Electrical Project Supervision (EPS) course.
